Overview
CALUSA is a custom immersive experience designed exclusively for EO Seattle Forum 16. Building on the group’s previous work together, this retreat is a continuation, not a reset. The experience is designed to deepen self-awareness, sharpen leadership clarity, and expand potential through The Rebellion’s proven Rebel Path methodology.
Hosted across the Florida Keys and Miami, mornings immerse the group in nature-based experiences such as mangrove exploration, coral reef snorkeling, and ocean familiarization. These immersive moments are intentionally designed to slow the pace, challenge comfort zones, and build presence under real conditions. Afternoons transition into Impact Sessions, where insights from the morning are translated into practical leadership tools focused on energy, boundaries, values, and decision-making.
CALUSA is designed to meet the group where they are today. With a flexible structure that allows the experience to flow with conditions and group energy, participants are invited to engage with challenge, choice, and growth in a way that is both intentional and sustainable.
Highlights:
Continuation, Not a Reset. CALUSA builds on the group’s previous experience together. We are not re-teaching the basics. We are using shared language and trust to go deeper, faster, and more honestly.
Immersion Mornings, Impact Afternoons. Each day starts in the natural environment, then transitions into facilitated Impact Sessions. The morning experiences create the state shift; the afternoon sessions turn that into tools and clarity participants can apply immediately in life and business.
Recalibration: Energy, Comfort Zones, Leadership Posture. Participants revisit where they stand today, what has shifted since last year, and where current constraints or edges are now showing up. This includes a focused lens on Gardener vs. Architect, exploring where leaders are over-controlling outcomes versus creating conditions for growth.
Non-Negotiables: Values That Drive Behavior. A core pillar of CALUSA is clearly connecting non-negotiables to how you react, decide, communicate, and lead. The session makes visible how values shape boundaries, influence energy, and impact the way you guide teams, clients, and partners.
The Cumulative Edge: Shark Dive. The trip culminates with a professionally guided shark dive in Jupiter. Participants can either dive in or observe from the boat. The point is not adrenaline, it’s presence under real conditions, using everything practiced throughout the week: calm, choice, trust, and regulation. The guiding team has over 10 years of experience in this exact location.
