Expanding Your Human Potential
Guided by William Trubridge, 18-time world record freediver, and Jordi Mullor, founder and CEO of The Rebellion, the morning focuses on truly understanding your human potential.
The day begins with a pool immersion that challenges both body and mind in ways most humans never get to explore.Through unique mental techniques, specialized breathwork, and focused exposure to pressure, you will explore what happens when control gives way to awareness.
This experience reveals the true power that understanding your comfort zones can have while providing a unique opportunity to explore them with full awareness. It is the essence of The Rebel Path, learning to expand your limits through direct experience.

Understanding Comfort Zones
After the pool immersion, we move into reflection and integration. This session translates what you experienced into tools for leadership: how to recognize your comfort zones, understand their patterns, and build the habit of exploring them regularly.
Growth is not about adding pressure but learning how to stay open and aware when it arrives. That ability builds authentic strength and resilience and becomes the foundation of true performance and trust for teams.

A.I. Leadership Hands On
Human-first Leadership in the era of A.I.
Led by Soheil Parsa, AI strategist with leadership experience at IBM, Boeing, Blackberry, and Apple, and Hailey Clark founder of Groundswell and CEO of ASMBL.
The afternoon connects inner expansion to external transformation. The Groundswell team will guide a hands-on session exploring how AI and intelligent systems can amplify human capability when used with awareness and purpose beyond surface level solutions.
You will explore practical ways to simplify complexity, integrate technology into decision-making, and use innovation to free time, expand capacity, and create momentum. The work is honest and deep, focused on clarity, action, and meaningful change.
