TIE No. 3 - "Aixecament" - Mallorca

The Rebellion founders and their local partners are creating an experience that will have attendees explore and evaluate their core values, their personal and professional legacy, as well as the impact their organizations have in their community, environment, and staff. Aixecament will be a leadership-only retreat hosted in Banyalbufar, Spain, an incredible mountain town in Mallorca.

What to Expect:

The goal of every session is for you, as an attendee, to challenge yourself on different levels. You can look forward to a wide range of outdoor activities, emotionally and mentally rewarding workshops, focused business alignment sessions, and ultimately, your own framework to start and implement your Impact Journey.

Led by inspirational renowned facilitators and World Champion athletes, the 4 days you will share with other Rebellion members will provide you with the support and roadmap to become a more impactful leader in your organization. You can see the detailed agenda below.

Dates

The TIE will be held in Spring 2024, dates TBD. Attendees need to arrive to the city of Palma de Mallorca.

Cost:

The cost for attending "Aixecament" is $5,400 per attendee and includes the following:

• 1 Year Membership which includes:

  • Access to all Rebellion content pre and post TIE.

  • Quaterly online events

  • Access to speakers

  • Monthly Private Coaching.

• Retreat attendance

• Access to All sessions

• Access to platform and community groups.Retreat attendance

• Hotel or Accommodations

• All outdoor activities and experiences during the retreat

• Gear and equipment needed for activities

• Transportation in-country, including ground transport in Mallorca.

• All meals during sessions, welcome dinner and closing dinner

Does NOT include:

• Air transportation to and from Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

• Alcoholic drinks unless stated by the programming

• Meals outside the programmed sessions.

Deposit:

• 50% of total cost is required to be paid by February 15th, 2024.

• Total cost is required to be covered by February 28th, 2024.

We don't accept sponsorships and soft-dollar collaborations at any Rebellion Experiences TIE. The TIEs are designed without conflicts of interest or bias.

Activities to Consider

During Aixecament some activies include some level of physical activity. Rock Climbing (no experience needed), Free Diving (no experience needed), Cycling (no experience needed) are part of this TIE's curriculum. Alternative options are available for those who prefer less physical sessions.

Registration:

As with all TIEs, there is a very limited number of attendees, and all applications must be accepted and approved. Remember, The Rebellion is first and foremost an exclusive community, and attending a TIE is the first step in becoming a member of the community.

Who can apply?

The Rebellion Experiences are open to all business and community leaders, founders, and organizational decision-makers. If you fall into any of those categories, we encourage you to apply for the TIE. It will be an experience you will remember for a long time.

What happens if the TIE gets cancelled/postpone?

Due to the nature of these experiences, in some unforeseen circumstances, The Rebellion might make the decision to postpone or cancel a TIE. As an attendee, you agree to our cancellation policy and refund policy. Our goal is for every paid attendee to have options in case of a cancelled or postponed TIE.

Minimum Attendance Policy

Every TIE has a minimum required number of attendees. Although, we don't ever want or intend to cancel or postpone a TIE due to low registration, having a minium attendance is crucial for the experience to meet our standards. The Rebellion confirms the occurance of every TIE 30 days before the start of the experience with all paid attendees. We encourage all Rebels attending to plan accordingly. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for those traveling to the experience.
